Jeffrey Sandberg

Jeffrey Sandberg represents both plaintiffs and defendants in business litigation, complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and workout litigation. His experience also includes civil appeals, judgment enforcement, garnishment, and turnover orders.

Following his graduation summa cum laude from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, Mr. Sandberg served as a Briefing Attorney at the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas, Texas, working with Justices Tom James and Carolyn Wright.

Before attending law school, Mr. Sandberg worked as a certified public accountant (CPA) for a national accounting firm and a Fortune 50 beverage and snack food manufacturer. After earning his Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas, he served as a Senior Vice President at a multi-regional banking corporation, where his responsibilities involved real estate and mineral interests portfolios.

His background in law, accounting, business management, and banking provides a foundation for his work involving complex commercial disputes, real estate matters, and litigation concerning financial and business interests.
